Yoga is a way to listen to our bodies and learn to move in a way which helps us feel more at ease in life. With dedicated and regular practice over time, our lives change in wonderful ways!
Classes include a little meditation, breathing practices and deep relaxation as well as physical postures which can be adapted for every body.
