About your Host
Vishwam has been teaching yoga for over a decade and helping others to experience peace and gentleness for most of his life. He loves to listen, to support, to hold space for groups to discover what we can only find within our heart of hearts. Vishwam has also dedicated many years of study to the topic of gender and the question of how we can simply be free to be ourselves in the world.

What is Heart Meditation?
In a nutshell, Heart Meditations is the short path to being at home with ourselves, each other, with Life Itself. Instead of trying to make our mind be quiet, we help the mind go into that place within us which is already peaceful, joyful and open to everything just as it is. That place is the spiritual heart centre. And the great thing is, you don’t even have to know what to do. Vishwam will guide you into this place where you can rest and enjoy the beautiful feelings of the Heart.
