Why not treat yourself to this special candlelit evening of rest and restoration?
Focusing on the inner peace of the heart while gently placing our bodies in restorative yoga positions, held in softness, is a wonderful way to release stress and allow nature’s healing to flow. Heart Rest is easily adaptable for any body, whether you wish to be in a chair or on the floor, whether you’re new to yoga or an old hand.
Bring plenty of blankets, cushions, bolsters and more to craft your own yoga nests for this beautiful evening of Heart Rest Yoga.
Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Places are just £15 (£8 concession). Don’t miss out!
10% of all proceeds go directly to support the charity work of the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation with children and their families in Sri Lanka, Brasil, India and the U.K.
Heart Of Living Yoga with Vishwam
Vishwam is a teacher and trainer in the Heart Of Living Yoga tradition which is both a charity and a yoga teacher training school. He’s been practising yoga for over 25 years and teaching since 2011. Vishwam moved to Shetland with his partner Paul three years ago and they live near Walls where they are fixing up an old croft house, planting trees and enjoying the peace.
Vishwam loves to share the profound relaxation that comes from Heart Rest Yoga - a unique fusion of supported restorative yoga poses with a soothing and healing focus in the heart. Nesting and resting is a wonderful gift to ourselves to all those around us.
